Pricing will be based on three factors: the raw materials required; the amount of laser time required to physically engrave the product; and the amount of time required to perform layout and photo preparation tasks.

Since engraved products cannot be restocked, all work needs to be prepaid.  Payment can be via one of the following methods:

• - Secure online Credit Card or PayPal payment

• - Credit Card transaction over the telephone

• - Check or Money Order mailed to us

Once you decide to proceed, we'll discuss the design, fonts and use of photographs. This process may require faxing or emailing until you're happy with the layout. Oftentimes, customers will provide basic instructions and leave the layout and design up to us.

Turnaround times vary.  We carefully design and engrave products one-at-a-time.  Once all materials are on site (photographs and raw materials), engraving is usually completed within a week.  Shipping times to you will depend upon the type of shipping and the destination.
