Acrylic is our most versatile product. It comes in pre-cut shapes as well as sheets that can be cut to any shape. Pieces of acrylic can be also be chemically bonded together to produce complex products. Simpler products, like clocks, are a favorite gift of our customers. When you think of acrylic, it's not just clear Plexiglass. It comes in transparent and translucent colors too. Acrylic mirror is amazing - the same reflective quality as glass mirror with a fraction of the weight and without the danger of broken glass. Acrylic can be edge lit - look at our LED Displays. Acrylic provides a limited range of shading and a high level of detail. Typically, clear acrylic is engraved on the back surface, while colored acrylic is engraved on the front. Dark images on the graphic design turn the acrylic white when engraved, so final proofs will look like photographic negatives.
